After misleading Virginians about GreenTech Automotive, today another business venture from Terry McAuliffe has been exposed for failing to live up to its expectations.     

According to reports, Franklin Pellets is a company McAuliffe purchased and promised it would create jobs in the Commonwealth, yet three years later the company has yet to break ground on their facility.

As Tidewater News reports: 

"As far back as early 2010, a group of investors that includes Democratic gubernatorial candidate Terry McAuliffe, announced an interest in buying International Paper Co.'s mill in Franklin. At that time, the plant was already in the midst of closing. The investors wanted to convert it into a wood-fired and biomass power plant. A company called Franklin Pellets was eventually formed. A little more than three years later, there has not been any tangible evidence that Franklin Pellets is any closer to a groundbreaking.  ... On Tuesday, prior to contacting CMI for comment, McAuliffe was listed as a partner on CMI's website. Yesterday, the CIA insisted that "No one at any level in the CIA told anybody not to help those in need; claims to the contrary are simply inaccurate." Now Stars and Stripes is reporting that some senior level field officers are facing charges for their reactions to the orders to stand down. Apparently, the military will get the blame for Bengahzi for criticizing the order to stand down.

It has also been caught fibbing on a number of other occasions.

The same methods of intimidation were also very much in force during the 2008 campaign season. Under the guise of the ‘Obama Truth Squad’, influential public figures in Missouri including St. Louis County Circuit Attorney Bob McCulloch, St. Louis City Circuit Attorney Jennifer Joyce, and Jefferson County Sheriff Glenn Boyer, promised to “respond quickly, forcefully, and aggressively” to “lies” about Obama.

As ABC News highlighted, this helped to create a chilling atmosphere in which “Missourians might be afraid of being prosecuted for criticizing Sen. Barack Obama, D-Ill.”

Sarah Smith Crawford had no Cherokee heritage, was listed as "white" in the Census of 1860, and was most likely half Swedish and half English, Scottish, or German, or some combination thereof. (Note, the actual 1894 marriage license makes no claim of Cherokee ancestry  

But the most stunning discovery about the life of O.C. Sarah Smith Crawford is that her husband, Ms. Warren's great-great-great grandfather, was apparently a member of the Tennessee Militia who rounded up Cherokees from their family homes in the Southeastern United States and herded them into government-built stockades in what was then called Ross’s Landing (now Chattanooga), Tennessee—the point of origin for the horrific Trail of Tears, which began in January, 1837.

Where Will They Keep Their Money?

Where will they cash their paychecks? When they shut down the banks? Will they work for free once capitalism is eradicated? Based on what I've seen and heard over the past several months, service-union members are very concerned about their income and benefits. They keep asking for more money; but they are allowing themselves to be led by marxists and communists screaming about shutting down the evil banks and corporations. How exactly will that work out?

I'm not the sharpest knife in the drawer, but it seems to me the actions of one group do not mesh with the actions of the other group. Seems like a contradiction of end results is working. Seems to me they are working at cross-purposes.

Are these people that stupid? Or just ignorant and easily led? Are they the Useful Idiots communists rely on or just misguided citizens who haven't been fully briefed? Dumb as a box of rocks or just plain old lazy and greedy?

Communists and marxists are lazy, greedy and covetous. They want what everyone else has; they want more than everyone else, but don't want to expend the energy and effort to obtain it as we did and they'll take it from us if we refuse to give it over.

Morning Examiner: Obama's secret plan

President Obama has a secret plan. He told Iowans Monday his “very specific plan” would boost the economy, create jobs, and control the deficit. What are the details of this plan? Sorry, Obama has to travel to Martha’s Vineyard for a ten day vacation first.

According to National Journal, Obama’s secret plan is part of a new White House strategy to counter the “growing perception that President Obama is a weak leader.” Apparently, the president’s senior advisers believe Libya, Egypt, and the debt hike debate “have done serious damage to his leadership image.” The polling backs this belief up. NJ reports: “In April 2009, Gallup found 73 percent of Americans who said that Obama was a “strong leader.” In May 2010, that had declined to 60 percent. In March 2011, Gallup had it down to 52 percent. There has been no more recent polling on that issue.” And that leadership fall all happened before Libya and the debt hike.

Obama’s solution? Blame Congress. But how can Obama blame Congress for his own leadership failures? That is where the “very specific” secret plan comes in. Obama hopes to convince Americans that 1) he has a plan to cut the debt and create jobs, and 2) only “unreasonable” Republicans in Congress stand between America and success. Will it work? That depends on how compliant the press is.

Obama has not submitted a specific plan to address the debt since he submitted his budget to Congress in February. That plan was rejected by the Senate 97-0. Obama has since given many speeches about the debt, but as Congressional Budget Office Director Douglas Elmendorf testified to House Budget Committee Chairman Paul Ryan, “We don’t estimate speeches. We need much more specificity then was provided in that speech for us to do our analysis.”

If Obama does submit his “very specific plan” to the CBO so that it can be scored on an equal footing with the Republican budget, then the country will benefit from a great debate. But if Obama just gives another speech, backed up only by bogus economic projections from his Office of Management and Budget, then his secret plan should be exposed for the fraud that it is.

Union Protestors in Wisconsin Destroy Democrat Recall Petitions and Police Do Nothing

The petition rally was originally scheduled at a local Merrill restaurant but was relocated after the proprietors received many phone calls and felt they needed to back out. The committee then set up in front of the Lincoln County Courthouse to offer citizens an opportunity to sign their names to the petition. Over 1,000 calls had been sent out the previous day notifying area residents of the petition rally.

Upon arrival, members of the recall committee were encircled by union protesters carrying signs and a leader with a mega phone who began chanting and ranting loudly. They packed in tightly around the petition collection table so as to prevent those attempting to sign from doing so. At one point, a pro union protester, pretending to be interested in signing the petition, wrote profanity across a partially collected petition form, than began ripping up the completed petitions that were in close proximity.
