Geert Wilders, of the PVV (Party for Freedom) in the Netherlands, is on trial in his native Holland, charged with five counts of discrimination against Muslims and similar offenses. He says that it's not he who's on trial, but his "freedom of speech" - and that at stake are traditional European freedoms.

In an exclusive interview with IsraelNationalRadio's Yishai Fleisher on Monday, Wilders said, "I'm fighting for one thing: the preservation of our culture, which is based on Christianity, Judaism and humanism - and not on Islam… While Islamization of our society grows, the political elite looks in the other direction and ignores the real problem, namely, the impending loss of our freedom. I am fighting not against Moslems, but against the influx of a totalitarian ideology called Islam."

Myth: On 9/11, America was attacked by “evil” hijackers because they were “against freedom.”

Fact: America was attacked by deeply religious people with the goal of changing U.S. foreign policy to advance the cause of Islamism, the movement for revival of Islamic society from 300 years of decline. Al Qaeda wanted the U.S. to withdraw support from secular autocrats in the Muslim world, in order for Islamists to take power through free elections.

The U.S. government, in fact, changed its Middle East strategy from supporting secular Western allied governments to demanding free elections throughout the Muslim world. In the Palestinian territories this resulted in the HAMAS takeover, while the U.S. demand for free elections in Egypt and elsewhere brought Islamist gains.

Finally, the Bush administration withdrew support from U.S. ally Pervez Musharaff in Pakistan – putting the country with nuclear arms in jeopardy of an Islamist takeover. This was reminiscent of Jimmy Carter’s pushing aside U.S. ally, the Shah of Iran in 1979, as both Presidents mistakenly believed the removal of these autocrats would result in the break out of Western secular democracy.

Thus, the 9/11 attacks were successful only because America played into the hands of the Islamists when the Bush administration adopted Al Qaeda’s policy of “reform” in the Muslim world.

Free Americans believe everyone should have the opportunity to practise their religious beliefs as they see fit. However, we must draw a line when that belief system restricts the opportunities of others to do the same. We cannot allow one religion to take precedence over another.

The rot of multiculturalism is not just something that will some day destroy America, it is already well on its way, as the events pertaining to the massacre by a Muslim terrorist at Fort Hood make abundantly clear. What has happened to our army at higher command levels began long before Obama came to the presidency, but the lunacy of deliberately casting a blind eye at the role of Muslims in world-wide terrorism has gotten much worse, and this has become a perilous problem for all Americans as home-grown Muslim terrorism gathers strength.

Coincidence? Happenstance? or Enemy Action?

In the James Bond novel "Dr No," Ian Fleming's character Dr. No said "once is coincidence, twice is happenstance, but three times is enemy action." He was referring to the recurrence of similar actions over a period of time involving the same people, specifically the fact that Agent 007 kept showing up in his neighborhood and causing trouble. The novels by Ian Fleming were a staple of my high school years. I devoured them. The movies, while good, did not do justice to the novels they were made from. Casino Royale was one of the best novels, and one of the worst movies. You should read that one. But I digress.

There is terrorism we can see, smell and fear, but there is a new kind of terror invading The United States in the form of Sharia law and finance. Condoning it is civilization suicide. Middle East Muslims are coming to America in record numbers and building hate infidel mosques, buying our corporations, suing us for our traditions, but they and the whole subject of Islam is white noise leaving uninformed Americans about who and what is really peaceful.

Where is our investigative press?

Any criticism of Islam or their intentions, even though Islamic leaders state their intentions daily around the globe, brings-forth a volley of 'racist' from the left-wing Democrat crowd. Lies and deception behind a master plan - the ingredients for 'The Manchurian Candidate' or the placement of an anti-American President in our nation's White House?
Is it mere coincidence that an anti-capitalist runs for President at the same time Islamic sharia finance and law is trying to make advancing strides into the United States? Is it mere coincidence this same candidate wants to dis-arm our nuclear capability at a time when terrorist Muslim nations are expanding their nuclear weapons capability? Is it mere coincidence this candidate wants to reduce our military at a time of global jihad from Muslim nations?

Change for America? What change? To become another 'Nation of Islam'?

"A Pentagon expert on how the jihadis use the Koran and Islamic teachings to justify their slaughter and quest for world dominance was fired this week. The commom wisdom has it due to a beef with Hasham Islam an aide to Dep Sec England."

Stephen Coughlin, the Pentagon specialist on Islamic law and Islamist extremism, has been fired from his position on the military’s Joint Staff. The action followed a report in this space last week revealing opposition to his work for the military by pro-Muslim officials within the office of Deputy Defense Secretary Gordon England.

Mr. Coughlin was notified this week that his contract with the Joint Staff will end in March, effectively halting the career of one of the U.S. government’s most important figures in analyzing the nature of extremism and ultimately preparing to wage ideological war against it.

He had run afoul of a key aide to Mr. England, Hasham Islam, who confronted Mr. Coughlin during a meeting several weeks ago when Mr. Islam sought to have Mr. Coughlin soften his views on Islamist extremism.

Mr. Coughlin was accused directly by Mr. Islam of being a Christian zealot or extremist “with a pen,” according to defense officials. Mr. Coughlin appears to have become one of the first casualties in the war of ideas with Islamism.

"If this is true is is outrageous. Mr. Islam is not an Islamic scholar or an expert on jihadism and how it is justified and spread, Mr. Coughlin is. The simple fact is that calling attention and shining a bright light on Islam around the world paints an ugly picture about a misogynistic, oppressive religion that has spawned a group of hellish murderers willing to kill their way to Paradise with Allah and the goats or here on Earth under the loving iron sandal of Sharia. No thanks folks. It may hurt Mr. Islam's feelings that this gets pointed out, but we need to look at the reality, not the wonderland CAIR would have us behold."
