The social security number (042-68-4425) bearing the name “Barack Obama” has failed the United States’ Social Security Number verification check. “I was outraged; nobody vetted this man,” said Seattle housewife Linda Jordon, who filed a self-check investigation listing herself as Obama’s employer (as a U.S. taxpayer).   

Jordon exposed the absurdity of a man who has access to the code for America’s nuclear football but couldn’t get clearance to pick tomatoes because his social security number has been flagged and kicked back! For her diligent efforts as a concerned American citizen, Jordon is being slammed with over $13,000 in fees and court costs because a judge deemed her investigation of the anomalies surrounding Obama’s social security number “frivolous.” 

”I’m a mom, wife, homemaker,” says Jordon, who compared the 1 1/2 year vetting process her son had to go through to become a deputy sheriff with the lack of investigation into Obama’s history and documents. “Something is very wrong here.”

Three red boxes surrounded the SSN number claimed by Obama. One red box states: “The SSA record does not verify, other reason, SSA found a discrepancy in the record.” A second red box says: “Obama, Barack H. 08/17/2011-Date of Mismatch.” The third red flag says, “042-68-4425, Employee’s SSN, Case Verification # 2011229111431GY.” The form letter sent to Obama, flagging his number, is posted online along with the mismatch information.

Mrs. Jordon went deeper and researched the Social Security publication known as the POMS book. She learned that the designations given this SSN “are reserved for very few recipients and involve possible fraud.” Jordon began looking into the Obama document forgeries when she heard him say that his kids played with those of domestic terrorist Bill Ayers. “Bill Ayers’ kids were 23 years older than Obama’s kids. . .(Ayers) must have had (them) when he was 60, ” she said.   

Radio talk host Rick Wiles of www.TrueNews.com points out in their audio interview that Obama said his father got his education because of the GI Bill. However, “his father never (was) in the Military.”

A federal judge in California today listened to government lawyers argue that a lawsuit over President Obama's eligibility should be immediately dismissed but refused to grant their request, saying he would make his decision and announce it later.

The result came this morning from U.S. District Judge David Carter, who already has set a tentative trial date for the dispute Jan. 26, 2010. The judge also already had lawyers draw up a tentative schedule for hearings and deadlines in preparation for the trial.

WND previously reported on plans for the hearing handled by attorneys Orly Taitz and Gary Kreep, each representing separate clients.

The lawsuit was brought by several political candidates and party officials, including former U.S. ambassador Alan Keyes and Wiley Drake and Markham Robinson of the American Independent Party.

They're not much happier about a revised version that aides to Sen. Jay Rockefeller, a West Virginia Democrat, have spent months drafting behind closed doors. CNET News has obtained a copy of the 55-page draft (excerpt), which still appears to permit the president to seize temporary control of private-sector networks during a so-called cybersecurity emergency.

The new version would allow the president to "declare a cybersecurity emergency" relating to "non-governmental" computer networks and do what's necessary to respond to the threat. Other sections of the proposal include a federal certification program for "cybersecurity professionals," and a requirement that certain computer systems and networks in the private sector be managed by people who have been awarded that license.

"I think the redraft, while improved, remains troubling due to its vagueness," said Larry Clinton, president of the Internet Security Alliance, which counts representatives of Verizon, Verisign, Nortel, and Carnegie Mellon University on its board. "It is unclear what authority Sen. Rockefeller thinks is necessary over the private sector. Unless this is clarified, we cannot properly analyze, let alone support the bill."

Representatives of other large Internet and telecommunications companies expressed concerns about the bill in a teleconference with Rockefeller's aides this week, but were not immediately available for interviews on Thursday.

Something Fishy This Way Comes

Dear Mr. President,
I have seen some things that seem fishy and I wish to report the following items:

1. A man who is likely constitutionally ineligible to be president has taken office and has failed to produce a valid birth certificate to prove that he was born in the USA. I, however, needed an original birth certificate to get a driver's license.

2. This usurper has advanced policies designed to enslave the American population and promote the power of his People's Democratik Party, including among these policies a health care plan that will sacrifice older and sicker citizens for the good of the collective.

3. The health care plans already run by the federal government will go broke in nine years, but there is no plan to reform them because they are run by the state.

4. The plotters mentioned above want the government to take over health care for everyone to solidify absolute dependence on the government and assure their perpetual power. They want to eliminate the free market and destroy capitalism.

5. This politician promoted himself as a constitutional expert, yet we are not able to review his records from Harvard. Additionally, he was purported to be a great orator and a brilliant scholar, but he is not able to speak eloquently without a teleprompter and he cannot understand simple math. He is further not able to grasp the simplest of economic concepts, such as: a $3 trillion deficit is bad for the economy. Yet, he wants to run our health care system.

6. The individual in question is also an anti-Semitic racist who claims that opposition to his policies indicates racism on the part of others, though it merely indicates that his policies are abhorrent to the principles of liberty.

7. He is appalled by the waterboarding of terrorists but has conspired to increase the number of medical torture procedures in which the arms and legs of babies are ripped off in the womb, or pointed tubes are shoved into their brains, which are then sucked out. His health care plan promotes these barbaric procedures, and he is in favor of making it illegal for doctors to refuse to perform them.

8. He also has a friend who once bombed the Pentagon, and he supports an organization that has practiced widespread voting fraud and has shifted the Census to White House control in order to manipulate the results.

9. This man, with help from Vice-foot-in-mouth Joe Biden, Prime Minister Nancy Pelosi and Comrade Harry Reed, has conspired to undermine the Constitution of the United States, contrary to his oath of office. He has attempted to circumvent debate and rush legislation at blitzkrieg speed to prevent opposition to his unconstitutional policies. Those who oppose are labeled as an angry mob.

10. Finally, his administration has asked citizens to report things that sound "fishy." He was critical of the prior administration for wiretapping terrorists, but he has instituted a policy of having citizens report the activities of other citizens to the government. He has also actively attempted to manipulate and control the free press.

In summary, the man who now occupies the White House is an ineligible imposter whose actions indicate his intent to destroy this republic. He has shown himself to be petty, incompetent, paranoid and despotic. Are these things fishy enough for you? They certainly seem fishy to me. I have therefore carried out my duty and reported on the things that seem fishy as directed by your website. I do hope that you will look into these irregularities and let me know what you plan to do about them.

Got Birth Certificate?

To the members of the Virginia Congressional Delegation,

I want to know why our elected representatives, specifically YOU, are remaining silent regarding the question of our present Pretender to the Presidency, Barrack Hussein Obama’s eligibility under Article II, Section 1 of the U. S. Constitution. Surely you have heard about it! Seen the billboards? Maybe even received a letter or two from your constituents?

I understand why the main stream media is silent. They are bought and paid for by the far left and the Obama administration. But why you? I will give you the benefit of the doubt, and assume that you don’t have your hands in the same pockets as the media. So what is it? Are you afraid? If so, of whom are you afraid? Obama? If you are afraid of anybody, it should be the people who elected you, the people you swore to represent at the same time you swore to uphold the Constitution, the people who have the power to remove you from your office in the next election.

WHERE IS THE BIRTH CERTIFICATE? And don’t tell me it was published on the Internet. That IS NOT a Birth Certificate. That is a “Certificate of Live Birth”, (And it reported to be a forgery anyway.), and is a totally different document. Anybody, from anywhere in the world, can go to a court house in Hawaii with a live child in tow, born ANYWHERE in the world, and obtain such a certificate.

All a Certificate of Live Birth documents is that the child was born alive. It DOES NOT say where, at what hospital, who the delivering physician was or anything else that would establish that child as a “Natural Born Citizen of The United States of America”. WHERE IS THE BIRTH CERTIFICATE?

Why has Obama spent over a million dollars fighting the release of his Birth certificate, along with his college records, (which I have strong reason to believe would show that he received financial aid as a “FOREIGN STUDENT”.), as well as his passport used to travel “back home” to Africa while attending school here in America?

Why did the U. S. Army back down and “revoke” the orders of U. S. Army Colonel Stefan Frederick Cook instead of deploying him to Afghanistan after he challenged the legitimacy of the orders due to the questionable status of the present Pretender to the Presidency, Barrack Hussein Obama? If Obama has nothing to hide, then why is he hiding that document? WHERE IS THE BIRTH CERTIFICATE?

Have you not seen the petitions signed by hundreds of thousands of Americans asking “WHERE IS THE BIRTH CERTIFICATE”? How dare you and the other so-called “representatives of the people” ignore our demands? And get this right. It is not a “request”. It is a “DEMAND”. We want this question put to rest once and for all.

If in fact, as I have come to believe because of the continued fight by Obama to keep these records secret, he is NOT ELIGIBLE TO HOLD THE OFFICE OF POTUS, then the longer this charade continues, the worse the situation becomes. Every Bill he signs, every Executive Order he drafts and ever Czar he appoints, becomes INVALID! The mess he is creating, if ineligible to hold the office, becomes worse with every passing day. Untangling this mess becomes a bigger and bigger problem the longer it is allowed to grow. “We The People” DEMAND an answer to the question of his eligibility to hold the office. As my representatives, I demand that you raise your voice in this matter. I demand that both Republicans and Democrats “represent” the people who elected them, and DEMAND on our behalf that Obama produce the document needed to settle this question. What are you all afraid of? The truth? Do you not realize that “The Truth” and ONLY “The Truth” is all that “We The People” want? It is all that we will accept.

If you or Obama think this will just go away, you are sadly mistaken. If we can not get our elected “representatives” to REPRESENT US, then we will continue though the courts. We will exercise our right to assembly, our right to petition the government, our right to free speech. We will use the same tactics as the far left groups use, and march in the streets of Washington, and protest the fact that our questions are not being answered.

Is he a “natural born” citizen, or isn’t he? It seems pretty clear from the available evidence that he is not. If that proves to be the case he should minimize the damage to the country and follow the Nixon example; he should simply resign from office so that we can begin to clean up the mess he leaves behind.

One Simple Fact That We Need To Consider
We've all seen the emails about Obama's citizenship. This is a new twist WE hadn't known. Interesting. More questions, and this time some good questions. While I've little interest in getting in the middle of the Obama birthissue, Paul Hollrah over at FSM did so yesterday and believes the issue can be resolved by Obama answering one simple question:

What passport did he use when he was shuttling between New York, Jakarta,and Karachi?

So how did a young man who arrived in New York in early June 1981,without the price of a hotel room in his pocket, suddenly come up with the price of a round-the-world trip just a month later? And once he was on a plane, shuttling between New York , Jakarta , and Karachi ,what passport was he offering when he passed through Customs and Immigration?

The American people not only deserve to have answers tothese questions, they must have answers. It makes the debate over Obama's citizenship a rather short and simple one.
Q: Did he travel to Pakistan in 1981, at age 20?
A: Yes, by his own admission.
Q: What passport did he travel under?
A: There are only three possibilities.
1. He traveled with a U.S. Passport,
2) He traveled with a British passport, or
3) He traveled with an Indonesia passport.
Q: Is it possible that Obama traveled with a U.S. Passport in 1981?
A: No. It is not possible. Pakistan was on the U.S. State Department's"no travel" list in 1981.

Conclusion: When Obama went to Pakistan in 1981 he was traveling either with a British passport or an Indonesian passport.

If he was traveling with a British passport that would provide proof that he was born in Kenya on August 4, 1961, not in Hawaii as he claims. And if he was traveling with an Indonesian passport that would tend to prove that he relinquished whatever previous citizenship he held, British or American, prior to being adopted by his Indonesian step-father in 1967.

Whatever the truth of the matter, the American people need to know how he managed to become a "natural born" American citizen between 1981and 2008.
Given the destructive nature of his plans for America, as illustrated by his speech before Congress and the disastrous spending plan he has presented to Congress, the sooner we learn the truth of all this, the better.

Count me in as one of those inquiring minds who'd at least like to know the answers to these easily answered (by Obama) questions.

WASHINGTON D.C. - In a move certain to fuel the debate over Obama’s qualifications for the presidency, the group “Americans for Freedom of Information” has released copies of President Obama’s college transcripts from Occidental College. Released today, the transcript indicates that Obama under the name Barry Soetoro, received financial aid as a foreign student from Indonesia as an undergraduate at the school.

The transcript was released by Occidental College in compliance with a court order in a suit brought by the group in the Superior Court of California. The transcript shows that Obama (Soetoro) applied for financial aid and was awarded a fellowship for foreign students from the Fulbright Foundation Scholarship program.

To qualify, for the scholarship, a student must claim foreign citizenship. This document would seem to provide the smoking gun that many of Obama’s detractors have been seeking. The news has created a firestorm at the White House as the release casts increasing doubt about Obama’s legitimacy and qualification to serve as president.

When reached for comment in London, where he has been in meetings with British Prime Minister Gordon Brown, Obama smiled but refused comment on the issue. Meanwhile, White House press secretary Robert Gibbs scoffed at the report stating that this was obviously another attempt by a right-wing conservative group to discredit the president and undermine the administration’s efforts to move the country (closer to a socialist workers paradise) in a new direction.

Britain's Daily Mail has also carried the story in a front-page article titled, “Obama Eligibility Questioned”, leading some to speculate that the story may overshadow economic issues on Obama’s first official visit to the U.K.

In a related matter, under growing pressure from several groups, Justice Antonin Scalia announced that the Supreme Court agreed on Tuesday to hear arguments concerning Obama’s legal eligibility to serve as President in a case brought by Leo Donofrio of New Jersey. This lawsuit claims Obama's dual citizenship disqualified him from serving as president. Donofrio’s case is just one of 18 suits brought by citizens demanding proof of Obama’s citizensh ip or qualification to serve as president.

Gary Kreep of the United States Justice Foundation has released the results of their investigation of Obama’s campaign spending. This study estimates that Obama has spent upwards of $950,000 in campaign funds in the past year with eleven law firms in 12 states for legal resources to block disclosure of any of his personal records. Mr. Kreep indicated that the investigation is still ongoing but that the final report will be provided to the U.S. attorney general, Eric Holder. Mr. Holder has refused to comment on the matter.

Alan Keyes, a 2008 presidential candidate who is also a plaintiff in one of the many lawsuits challenging Barack Obama's constitutional eligibility to occupy the Oval Office, charged at a pro-life rally that unless Obama's social and economic policies are stopped, the United States as we know it is over.

Keyes' comments were part of an interview with a reporter from KHAS-TV at a fundraiser for the AAA Crisis Pregnancy Center in Hastings, Neb.

"Obama is a radical communist, and I think it is becoming clear. That is what I told people in Illinois and now everybody realizes it's true," said Keyes, who ran unsuccessfully against Obama for the state's open Senate seat in 2004. "He is going to destroy this country, and we are either going to stop him or the United States of America is going to cease to exist."

Keyes also reasserted his belief that unless the question of Obama's eligibility to serve as president is answered definitively, America may face the startling crisis of an executive branch run by a "usurper."

"Is he president of the United States?" Keyes asked the reporter of Obama. "According to the Constitution, in order to be eligible for president you have to be a natural born citizen. He has refused to provide proof."

"I'm not sure he's even president of the United States," Keyes continued, "neither are many of our military people now who are now going to court to ask the question, 'Do we have to obey a man who is not qualified under the constitution?' Keyes, who stated he refuses even to refer to Obama as president, labeled the man in the Oval Office as "somebody who is kind of an alleged usurper, who is alleged to be someone who is occupying that office without constitutional warrant to do so."

Keyes' comments included harsh criticism of Obama's policies on immigration, abortion, and the mortgage crisis. He concluded the interview by railing against the president's push for hundreds of billions of dollars in government economic stimulus spending.

"We are claiming that a bankrupt government can save a bankrupt banking system," Keyes said. "The fact that we have just elected an individual – who may or may not be qualified – and he presents silly ideas like this and says, 'Let's move forward now,' and we're all acting like the laws of economics have been repealed and we can actually afford to foot the bill with money nobody's got, this is insane.

"It's got to lead to the collapse of our economy," Keys declared, "and it's going to."
WND has reported on multiple legal challenges, including Keyes' case, that have alleged Obama does not meet the "natural born citizen" clause of the U.S. Constitution, Article 2, Section 1, which reads, "No Person except a natural born Citizen, or a Citizen of the United States, at the time of the Adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the Office of President."
Some claim he was not born in Hawaii, as he insists, but in Kenya. Obama's American mother, the suits contend, was too young at the time of his birth to confer American citizenship to her son under the law at the time.

Other challenges have focused on Obama's citizenship through his father, a Kenyan subject to the jurisdiction of the United Kingdom at the time of his birth, thus making him a dual citizen. The cases contend the framers of the Constitution excluded dual citizens from qualifying as natural born.

The Keyes case is being handled largely by Gary Kreep of the United States Justice Foundation, but others playing a key role in the legal actions include Orly Taitz of California as well as Philip Berg, both of whom already have had their arguments rejected as not worthy of hearing by the U.S. Supreme Court.

Here is a partial listing and status update for some of the cases over Obama's eligibility:
New Jersey attorney Mario Apuzzo has filed a case on behalf of Charles Kerchner and others alleging Congress didn't properly ascertain that Obama is qualified to hold the office of president.

Philip J. Berg, a Pennsylvania Democrat, demanded that the courts verify Obama's original birth certificate and other documents proving his American citizenship. Berg's latest appeal, requesting an injunction to stop the Electoral College from selecting the 44th president, was denied.
Leo Donofrio of New Jersey filed a lawsuit claiming Obama's dual citizenship disqualified him from serving as president. His case was considered in conference by the U.S. Supreme Court but denied a full hearing.
Cort Wrotnowski filed suit against Connecticut's secretary of state, making a similar argument to Donofrio. His case was considered in conference by the U.S. Supreme Court, but was denied a full hearing.
Former presidential candidate Alan Keyes headlines a list of people filing a suit in California, in a case handled by the United States Justice Foundation, that asks the secretary of state to refuse to allow the state's 55 Electoral College votes to be cast in the 2008 presidential election until Obama verifies his eligibility to hold the office. The case is pending, and lawyers are seeking the public's support.
Chicago attorney Andy Martin sought legal action requiring Hawaii Gov. Linda Lingle to release Obama's vital statistics record. The case was dismissed by Hawaii Circuit Court Judge Bert Ayabe.
Lt. Col. Donald Sullivan sought a temporary restraining order to stop the Electoral College vote in North Carolina until Barack Obama's eligibility could be confirmed, alleging doubt about Obama's citizenship. His case was denied.
In Ohio, David M. Neal sued to force the secretary of state to request documents from the Federal Elections Commission, the Democratic National Committee, the Ohio Democratic Party and Obama to show the presidential candidate was born in Hawaii. The case was denied.
In Washington state, Steven Marquis sued the secretary of state seeking a determination on Obama's citizenship. The case was denied.
In Georgia, Rev. Tom Terry asked the state Supreme Court to authenticate Obama's birth certificate. His request for an injunction against Georgia's secretary of state was denied by Georgia Superior Court Judge Jerry W. Baxter.
California attorney Orly Taitz has brought a case, Lightfoot vs. Bowen, on behalf of Gail Lightfoot, the vice presidential candidate on the ballot with Ron Paul, four electors and two registered voters.

In Ohio, Gordon Stamper vs. U.S. later was dismissed.

WND senior reporter Jerome Corsi had gone to both Kenya and Hawaii prior to the election to investigate issues surrounding Obama's birth. But his research and discoveries only raised more questions.

The governor's office in Hawaii said there is a valid certificate but rejected requests for access and left ambiguous its origin: Does the certificate on file with the Department of Health indicate a Hawaii birth or was it generated after the Obama family registered a Kenyan birth in Hawaii, which the state's procedures allowed at the time?

On December 2nd a Petition for an extraordinary Writ of Mandamus was filed in the Supreme Court of California.

This petition (as seen in the attachment) states that Mr. Obama has not proven his "natural born citizen" status and cannot be sworn as a president of the United States and the commander in Chief.

There are 7 plaintiffs in this case and they include Vice Presidential candidate for Ron Paul, on the ballot in CA, Ms Gail Lightfoot, 4 electors and two registered voters...A number of plaintiffs in this action are veterans and former servicemen, that are concerned about a prospect of Mr Obama becoming the Commander in Chief of the US army, without providing any information, as to his citizenship at birth and currently, particularly citizenship of Indonesia, Kenya and Great Britain (Kenya was a British colony in 1961, at the time of Mr. Obama's birth) without providing his immigration records, passports or even as much as the original birth certificate from Hawaii, that is supposed to show the name of the hospital and the name and the signature of the doctor, that can be verified against the vital records from the hospital.

Within two days of filing on Friday 12.05.08. at 9:45 PM, the Supreme court of California has issued a denial, that will allow the attorney on the case, Ms. Orly Taitz, an Application for Emergency Stay in the Supreme Court of the United States as early as Monday, the 8th of December. Barack Obama is truly an amazing man, with many amazing friends. He has succeeded where countless others have failed. And he has also succeeded where many before him have succeeded with the same time honored methods.
He has managed to create an illusion of a Public Office that does not exist, The Office of the President Elect.

Barry Sotero, AKA Barack Obama, along with the Democratic National Committee and the Federal Election Commission have successfully ignored a Federal Lawsuit asking him to produce a valid Birth Certificate. When the time to respond to that lawsuit expired, under Federal Court Rules, they all admitted that he was not a citizen of The United States of America and deemed to have committed fraud. A normal man would have been found to have admitted he was not a US citizen.

But the man with no visible past, was blessed by a light shining from above on a Federal Judge, by having the lawsuit against him dismissed, three weeks after his non-response was proof that he is not a US citizen.

That lawsuit has since been taken to the US Supreme Court, where Obama, the Democratic National Committee and the Federal Election Commission have until December 1, 2008 to answer the complaint made against them.

Another lawsuit by another attorney against him to prove he is a US citizen has been scheduled for a conference of Justices of the US Supreme Court on December 5, 2008.

Alan Keyes, a Presidential candidate has also filed a lawsuit in California Supreme Court to not certify the California Electors of the US Electoral College until Obama can prove that he is a US citizen. It is those Electors who decide who shall be President of the United States of America on December 15, 2008. That lawsuit can be seen here.

Barack Obama promised people what they wanted: Hope and Change, without ever saying what that hope and change were going to be. One of Obama’s much praised abilities is his way of being very articulate in his speeches.

Every con man walking free or in jail is an articulate speaker. Who would give their trust to a man who could not use the right words to convince his targets to trust him? Articulate speaking is no way to judge or rate the integrity of a person.

Every con game uses three ingredients against the target: Sell the dream. Push the greed button. Stress urgency.

Obama sold the dream of hope and change so desperately wanted by the American voters. He pushed the greed button by promising to take from the rich to give to the poor. And he stressed urgency by himself and his wife telling voters to vote early. Another final nail in the coffin a con man uses against his targets is “The Jack Call”. After your sucker has committed himself to buying your offer, but has not sent the check, the con man calls him with “Good news!!!” and constantly re-sells his target until the check has cleared and the funds are in the con man’s bank account.

The non-existent Office of the President Elect is the Jack Call. The constant news shots of his “involvement and concern” in national and world issues are the repeated Jack Calls.
It remains to be seen if Barry Sotero, Barack Obama or whatever his name is, is appointed President by the Electoral College.

The only “Certificate of Birth” that he has produced is not a Birth Certificate. It is a Certificate of Live Birth, which any foreign citizen can obtain by simply showing up at the Vital Records department of the State of Hawaii and showing the original Birth Certificate from the original birth place, regardless of what country the birth took place in. Forensic records experts have stated that the document Obama produced on his web site is a forgery.

The only comment made by the Hawaii Department of Vital Records is that they “Have seen the original Birth Certificate”. They never once have said he was born in Hawaii.
None of these lawsuits and suspicions mean as much as the fact that Obama can easily dispel all the legal actions and mistrust by simply producing a valid Birth Certificate. It matters not in the least that he has not proven his attendance at Harvard and Columbia University. It does not matter that any number of claims about his past and his experience have not been validated.

The only thing that matters is that he refuses to produce a valid Birth Certificate and instead spends thousands of dollars on attorneys and defies Federal lawsuits and State lawsuits asking him to produce one single piece of paper that most every citizen of every nation of the world has easy and rapid access to.

But beyond all of that controversy, there is one subject in this man’s activities that is truly astounding: There is absolutely no proof whatsoever that his beloved grandmother actually died on the day before the election as his campaign said she did. He said he would attend her funeral “In a few days”. He never did. Then he said he would have a funeral for her around the end of the year. What kind of person keeps their grandmother’s body on ice for two months? What kind of a person would play on the death of his grandmother to win “the sympathy vote”? Where is the proof that she died when she said she did? Normally, we could simply learn from the local coroner of a well known person’s death. But the only public comment made by the Honolulu Medical Examiner, who acts as coroner in Honolulu, Hawaii was, “We didn’t work that case.”

Barack Obama may just win his place in history as the greatest con man of all time. A hundred million people believed him and spent 600 million dollars to get him “elected” to the highest office in America, without ever knowing if he is or is not eligible to even run as an American citizen. It is either amazing that he will pull it off or it is amazing that so many millions of people believed him.

If the Electoral College appoints him as President of The United States of America on December 15, 2008 and Congress ratifies that choice, and it is later proven that he is not a US citizen, then not one single word he utters will be valid as representing this country. The Courts, our police, our military will have no duty to obey anything he signs. It is also possible that certain people, who were part of and promoted the con, may be charged with Treason.

And if he does prove that he is a US citizen the questions remain: Why did he fight so long and so hard to not show that simple, single piece of paper when asked? Why would a man subject so many citizens of his country and leaders of other nations to such mistrust?
