We miss that time when you were anonymous too.

The President had a little get together with Hearst Magazine.

"I just miss - I miss being anonymous," he said at the meeting in the White House. "I miss Saturday morning, rolling out of bed, not shaving, getting into my car with my girls, driving to the supermarket, squeezing the fruit, getting my car washed, taking walks. I can't take a walk."

Ya know....there's a fix for that....you can go back to that idyllic lifestyle anytime you want.....

Doooooo iiit.....Doooooo iiiiiiiiiit....you know you want to. DO IT.

Or he's lying again. He's running for re-election.

Governor Kaine is a hypocritical, lying, stupid, double-dealing politician. But I expected this from him. Typical.

There are two classes of citizenry in the Commonwealth -those that are government lawyers - and the rest of us.

An email from our government watchdogs, the Virginia Citizens Defense League, announced that Governor Kaine has decided that being a government lawyer is enough of a qualification to carry concealed while having that cold one after a hard day's work as a Commonwealth Attorney.

Governor Kaine has hypocritically signed into law, SB 776, Delegate Hurt's bill, a bill that permits Commonwealth Attorneys and their deputies, with NO requirement for any firearms training, to carry a concealed handgun into a restaurant that serves alcohol AND DRINK while they're at it.

Alcohol and guns DO mix if you work for him.

Apparently a double standard exists. Private citizens, having gone through all the steps of acquiring a concealed carry permit, one that entails proof of training, and in depth background checks, are not capable of obeying the law of not using alcohol while carrying concealed.

Law school and subsequent government employment magically enables the Commonwealth attorneys and their deputies,( whoever they may be) not only to automatically know how to use a firearm safely, know the laws that apply to concealed carry, but also get a free pass, because THEY can do it under the influence of alcohol......

Following his previous logic, when vetoing SB476, Governor Kaine has just endangered the citizenry of the Commonwealth.
