LTC Ralph Peters thinks so and says so. So do I. Obama lied to cover up weapons transfers from Libyan radicals to Syrian rebels. In other words, Obama gave weapons to Al'Queda in Libya knowing they would be used by Al'Queda in Syria.

but we all know impeachment will never happen to the first black president. That would be racially motivated.
