RPV needs to take their General Counsel by the hand and lead him, if neccessary, to a sit-down or phone call with Brietbart. The last thing we need is an appearence of impropriety. If this is not a conflict of interest then show them its not. If it is a conflict, Mr Goodman can step down from Virginians For Limited Government or he can step down as General Counsel for the RPV.
Either way, ducking a conservative news organization does not help get good people elected and could put TerryMacdaddy Green Car Czar in the governor's mansion. No one wants that.
