Forgerygate: Ignoring Arpaio's report is a scandal in itself | Times247
This investigation was begun to determine if Barack Obama was eligible to have his name appear on the ballot in Arizona. My question is: If it is determined that he is not eligible, and his name is not included in the list for the election for the Presidency, does it mean that he is not eligible to recieve the Electoral Votes alloted to that state, based on the number of Congressional Districts? Another question arises: If voters choose to write-in the name of any candidate whose name does not appear and there are sufficient write-in ballots to secure the states' Electoral Votes, is the assignment of those votes legal?
