Democrats Waging War Against Laws that "Target" Illegal Immigrants
Any law that makes non-whites have to do what us white folks have always done is a racist law and targets minorities. Having said that, confiscating the vehicle just because you don't have a valid driver's license seems a tad harsh.
No insurance, illegal tags, poor mechanical (i.e unsafe) condition or illegal activity involving the vehicle, yes; but for not having a valid license?? Even Virginia doesn't do that. They will have it removed at your expense, but you get to keep it, unless you were doing something really stupid with it or in it.
