First step in declaring Social Security unconstitutional?

A judge has ruled that forcing people to pay into a benefit that is not guaranteed and can be changed or eliminated by future legislation is unconstitutional.

Can I opt out of Social Security now? I wonder if the judge realized the implications of his ruling?
