The Obama administration has been wrong about how to handle trials for captured terrorists from the Gitmo, I mean get go. Civilian trials make no sense and Congress specifically authorized military tribunals so we can try these scum without compromising our intel, or needing to follow CSI evidence protocols.

The current legislation was written in direct response to a Supreme Court ruling and is just as just as a civilian trial. The Obama team has the idea that they need to kow tow to their left wing and the international community to atone for the evil of the Bush crime family.

That is crap, Obama's job is to keep us safe. He needs to keep that in mind.
