Creeping fascism

The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.

The Obama Administration is promoting a treaty that will undermine the 4th Amendment. Everything and anything that is on an electronic device, computer, etc. will be subject to search and seizure WITHOUT warrant, all in the name of protecting copyrights.

Add this to the other things he is promoting. Still think that this Democratic Party isn't Fascist?

Here is an update of a UCV adaptation of a Blue Crab Boulevard interpretation of Naomi Wolf's Fascist America in Ten Easy Steps

1. Invoke a terrifying internal and external enemy
See the attacks on Oil Companies, Banks, and Insurance Companies. Now the Administration is adding private citizens that protest Congress.

2. Create a gulag
No camps yet. But look at how conservatives are portrayed in the US. Keeping a Bible on your lap practically ensures that you won't have a seat mate on a bus trip.

3. Develop a thug caste
ACORN, CODE PINK, proposed "civilian security force".....

4. Set up an internal surveillance system
If you get an email or see something on the web about health insurance reform that seems fishy, send it to flag@whitehouse.gov."

5. Harass citizens' group
Department of Homeland Security memo describing patriots and dissidents as terrorists
More and more surveillance throughout America.

6. Engage in arbitrary detention and release
Not quite there yet. I think.

7. Target key individuals
Palin, Rush, Beck, Hannity, Newt, Tea Party members

8. Control the press
Our press willing goes along with their faux news and photos

9. Dissent equals treason
See 4. (unless you are a liberal)

10. Suspend the rule of law
Most of the recent laws passed by Congress, Bailouts, Stimulus, Purchase of Companies,

Are we there yet? You tell me.
