After action, before party report

Well, I've had my first exposure to the Republican political system, my first behind the scenes look. Well, maybe not a behind the scenery look.....more like the dress rehearsal.

Purely routine stuff happened. Things were approved. No drama. I got to play tourist and have candidates come up to me instead of vice versa. That was nice. Having a delegate name tag always helps. The highlight was meeting She Who Must Be Obeyed at the convention. She was nice enough to lend me her laptop. Meeting SWAC Girl for the first time was a bonus. Now that I've found out where the bloggers hang out, I can go the other way bug them.....

Well off to the real power struggles. I'm going in deep, into the deepest darkest intrigues.....
