Schlock Mercenary: Lessons for the noncom

Background: Schlock is a mercenary. He's the green alien. The bald man is a superior officer. The situation is that Schlock has to go on a mission where one wrong shot "dooms them all."

This is a perfect example of what a sergeant does....Educating officers.
Good noncoms, however, except for Marines, do NOT eat their firearms.
Then again, Schlock is the right shade of green.....
