Apparently, the Obamunists have discovered that their plans may not be welcome. Under their "Urban Policy" page, one finds: "The page you requested is not available right now."

And the page prior to it, labeled Agenda, has only this:

Evidently, the Obama Administration doesn't want you to know what those plans are anymore....
