Sunlight Makes You Happy

So maybe this explains why the moron lunatic left is so depressed. They stay in their basements hiding behind keyboards, typing rambling incoherent tomes about conservatives and never get enough sunlight.

Sunlight is a natrual source of Vitamin D.

Vitamin D Council says:

"There are 3 ways for adults to insure adequate levels of vitamin D:
regularly receive midday sun exposure in the late spring, summer, and early fall, exposing as much of the skin as possible.
regularly use a sun bed (avoiding sunburn) during the colder months.
take 5,000 IU per day for three months, then obtain a 25-hydroxyvitamin D test.
Adjust your dosage so that blood levels are between 50–80 ng/mL (or 125–200 nM/L) year around"
The sun must hit your skin directly...not through glass or other medium."

Nearly everyone living above 40 degrees north is Vitamin D deficient in the winter time...worse the older we get.
Whale blubber (cod liver oil) is full of Vitamin D. That's how they got along naturally up there.

MD OK's short sessions...10 minutes 2-3 x monthly...marvelous!
Take up to 2,000 IU daily. Others say 3,000-4,000 is OK.
We have been mislead by the warnings of easy toxicity...not so.

Vitamin D is critically essential to health and wards off cancer, depression and other diseases.
It is a precursor to a natural steroid/antibiotic we make internally.
