VBIED - there's a reason for the 50 meter rule

In case there are readers wondering why our soldiers enforce the 50 meter rule with gun fire....



This one was a dump truck outside of Taji...the humvees were Iraqi army, not US.

Now, who is the war criminal when these things are set off in civilian areas? Our guys or the ones that ram them into our vehicles in a crowded market or surrounded by children?
