Gun Safety Courses
One of our representatives should call West Virginia. They have an interesting idea:
West Virginia is considering a bill to teach schoolchildren how to handle a gun and hunt safely its proponent hopes will increase state revenues from hunting licenses, a state lawmaker said Thursday.
I don't believe the emphasis has to be on hunting. And safety is ALWAYS A GOOD THING. If the State mandates "sexual safety classes" why not "gun safety" classes. As long as there is actual gun safety and familiarization being taught. And if parents want to "opt out" their children, great!
