Thank you, Glenn Beck...
…for a powerful prime-time expose of radical Islam and the threat it poses to our very civilization.
“Exposed: The Extremist Agenda” aired this evening on CNN Headline News and opened with video of a mullah in his mosque loudly proclaiming jihad against America and her allies. Other video clips, taken from the mainstream Arab media, featured a three-and-a-half year old girl saying that Jews were “apes and pigs”, children praising martyrs in song, and a sheik instructing parents on how to inculcate their children into the suicide bomber culture.
Brigitte Gabriel, who also spoke on the issue of Islamic extremism at the VCAP conservative convention panel on illegal immigration, was a guest on Beck’s program. She discussed the extremist movement to establish a radical caliphate subject to sharia law. Asked why we as Americans have done nothing to stop this radical and dangerous agenda, Gabriel responded: “Political correctness is killing us.”
Most disturbing were video clips of Mahmoud Ahmadinejad, president of Iran, who longs for a day when all will “bow and surrender” to Iran and Islam, spewing his message of hatred in front of a crowd chanting “Death to America”. The parallels between Ahmadinejad and Adolf Hitler did not escape Beck and his guest Benjamin Netanyahu, former Israeli prime minister. Ahmadinejad is clearly preparing for a second—nuclear—holocaust.
The questions the program poses to us are these:

- Do we have the sense to reject political correctness and identify danger where it exists?
- Do we have the passion for freedom to instill patriotism in our children as Islamic fundamentalists instill hatred in theirs?
- Do we have the will to wage a war if we are attacked, directly or indirectly, by this thread in its ideological and its national sense?
- Do we have the courage to fight our enemy on their soil before they fight us on ours?
- Do we have the resolve to confront our enemies before they destroy us?
- Do we have the moral fortitude to confront evil rather than appease or succumb to it?
